Broke my site

  • I installed this as an alternative to Powerpress, which I’m having a few issues with. This plugin took over my ‘podcast’ category (which already existed) so when you clicked on it you got a ‘no results’ page like when you search for something that isn’t on the site.

    All I wanted was a simple plugin to embed mp3 files on posts and pages, but it tried to get me to do all sorts of other things, created a new RSS feed I didn’t want. ‘Seriously simple’ this is not.

    Terrible plugin. Absolutely terrible.

    Hi there and sorry to hear that Seriously Simple Podcasting wasn’t a good fit for you. After deactivating the plugin I’m assuming that your ‘podcast’ category returned. Is that right? If there’s anything we can do to help out please let us know.

    Only after I went back into categories and re-saved the ‘podcast’ category.
