broke my site!

I installed plugin went to host page made subdomain
it told me: Forbidden
You don’t have permission to access /the-project/staff-positions/nd-and-sd-positions/ on this server.so disabled plug in and then deleted subdomian in host
now that page wont load it has same error as b 4???????? what do i doplz????
