• I noticed that most reviews are fake and non is real. so here is a honest experience with this plugin:

After installation it broke images with the watermark. spent two days debugging and trying to fix. Thanks god i had a backup to use.

The main problem is after deactivating the plugin the watermark is activated on images even if last settings before deactivating are set as disabled.

And the worst thing is after removing the plugin completely hoping it fixes, it just destroys all your images, any jpg or png or webp ect are 404 not found.

I did not just lose 2 days, i got 250 product disapproved on merchant feed because of that, which means 2 days of disapproved items is nearly 2000 USD loss for my business.

If you love your business don’t install this or buy it. Fix your bugs before you sell this product.

    Hello @achdres1

We are sorry to hear this speech towards us with these untrue claims which you mentioned, therefore, we would like to clarify a few points mentioned in your review.

Firstly, you mentioned that you had the issue 2 days ago, it is supposed that you consult your developer before installing any plugin, but you don’t do that, then you’re responsible for the result, also from the beginning you had an issue why you didn’t contact our support ticket system to fix the issue?

If you contacted us, we will tell you simply to clear the content of the htaccess file in the WP-content

Secondly, we would like to refute your allegations about the authenticity of reviews. We assure you that the reviews you see are from genuine customers who have shared their honest experiences with our plugin and WordPress is responsible for the authenticity of reviews, not you.

Also, you can make sure that your images folder is as it is because our plugin doesn’t interface the images folder at all as all its work is “on the fly” through the htaccess file, so encountering an issue can be fixed by deleting our code inside the htaccess file.

Finally, we are not responsible for the problem that occurred to your website as a result of your lack of experience and your haste to use our plugin.

    Thank you.
