Broke Our Site

We couldn’t use the plugin as it broke our site. When we requested assistance we were told we had to leave the plugin activated in order for them to assess the problem and that could take over a week. As meant our site was non-functional, this wasn’t an option. They then proposed that we provide them with our WordPress admin login information as an alternative. For security purposes, this was also not an option. We uninstalled the plugin without the issues being resolved.
