• The plugin overwrites post content directly, will take out Youtube links and if the names of your photos are not unique, it will mix everything up.

If you uploaded 1.jpg in June and a different 1.jpg in December, it will take them as a single picture.

    Hi @theorydigi,

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.

I was sorry to see that you were unsatisfied with our plugin. I have tested the use case you mentioned with the last version of our plugin, I can confirm we managed to reproduce the issue and are working on a fix.

May I ask you to share more details on the Youtube links error you have? We shouldn’t impact assets that are not synced in your Media Library. If yes, please create a ticket to [email protected] at least we can share screenshots and files over our ticketing system.

    Sorry for the inconvenience.
    Best,
    Loic

    Hi @theorydigi,

We have discussed your issue internally and we are hoping to release a fix during the next 2 weeks.

Regarding the loss of data, normally when deactivating the plugin, the images should be back as expected as they should point to your WordPress URL that embeds the year and date of the upload, so you shouldn’t have lost any data.

Sorry again for the inconvenience and I will get back to you when we get closer to the release.

    Best,
    Loic
