    Finally it worked for me but there is an error in the description :

    THIS IS FALSE
    By calling pco_image_widget() inside your widget’s form() function, you will be able to give your users a way to add images via the WordPress Media Frame.

    THIS IS TRUE
    By calling pco_image_field() inside your widget’s form() function, you will be able to give your users a way to add images via the WordPress Media Frame.

    Please correct it.
