I replaced the plugin with another and just went back and deactivated the new one and activated yours again to replicate the error.
My logo above the login only shows a sliver of the logo, most is missing. But it did allow me to login this time.
The original error did say something was ‘missing’ each time I tried to login, I do not have the complete error. The error appeared above the login fields.
When I would make a second attempt to login it would take me to a blank white page and the url would change to my domain.com/wp-login.php followed by more url… and it would stay on a white page.
Sorry, that’s all I got.
FYI, I noticed after disabling your plugin that my admin area is faster when going screen to screen. I did have a significant delay prior to disabling it.
