Broken

As of 2020-01-24, a previously working quiz now does not properly record answers and in many cases discards the question response. Additionally, user emails are not being generated. As a former software developer, I can’t seem to understand how software updates can be released to such a large user base without comprehensive QA. Very disappointing!
