my Shop is grey’d out when I go through the connect process from WordPress WooCommerce Facebook plugin to Facebook

This is an issue that will sometimes be caused when an admin of a page’s Facebook Business Manager is trying to connect a page they’re managing but they haven’t created it themselves/they’re not the owners.

All assets should be owned by the same business. Even if they’re shared with a business, that’s not the same as owned by the same business and unless they’re owned then it greys it out as a selection.

There are a few things you can try to fix the above:

• Navigate to the Facebook Business Settings – Pages area, select the Page in question, go to the People tab, and ensure the name is listed there with the Manage Page toggle enabled.

• Last thing that seems to have worked in some cases is moving all assets under the same Business Manager. For this, it may be best to reach out to the Facebook Merchant Support for more information.
