Thanks for all the updates. I know this is marked as “Resolved,” but I updated the plugin this morning with Pro Version 1.7 and it looks like there may be some more issues. On the “Manage Songs” menu, the ability to rearrange songs by dragging them seems to be broken. The little hand icon shows up, but the songs won’t move. I opened the error console on firefox and it showed the following errors:

Obviously, not all of these are related to HTML5 jQuery plugin, but it looks like it may still be interfering with WP’s jQuery.
Also, I uploaded 4 songs today. All of them worked except for one will not play. The title shows up, but the play button does nothing. I tried removing spaces from the title and that did not work. It’s possible that this is a completely separate issue. If so, I can definitely start a different thread.
