    Hi, remery!

I tested the plugin with Genesis 2.1.3 and it’s working well for me. Please can you share some more information about the issue you’re experiencing? You’re welcome to link to a demo site where the problem is visible if you have one online.

Hi Nick! Thanks for the quick response. We are a pretty robust news content provider. So this is a critical thing on our side.

Here’s a link to our most recent article published (after 2.1.3 update):

    Post Here

In particular if you test the ‘LinkedIn’ share, you’ll see it’s not working. Seems older articles are working okay though (for some reason).

    Thanks for sharing the link.

I’m able to use the LinkedIn button in your header (powered by Simple Social Icons) as well as the LinkedIn share button at the foot of your post (powered by Genesis Simple Share).

Here’s a quick screencast showing it working for me: https://d.pr/i/1fFKM

Feel free to provide more info if you still need help tracking this down. Specifically:

    1. Is there any particular part of the share process that fails for you?
    2. Does it work in other browsers?
    3. Do you see any errors in your browser’s console?

    Hi Nick,
This is strange, because I’m still not seeing the desired result you are.

    1. The share pop-up occurs for LinkedIn, however the article title, article url, and article image are not pulled.

    2. Testing in latest chrome and firefox (both have same broken result)

    3. No related errors. One html error called:
Uncaught ReferenceErrror: lightbox_html is not defined (jquery.colorbox.js:13)

I tried from another connection, and am successful on this now. Might have had some sticky cache, that took a while to clear. I’ll monitor and if any other issues come up, I’ll post here again.

    Thanks for the support!

You’re welcome! Glad that it worked out. Feel free to continue the conversation here if you have any more trouble at all. ??
