Plugin was working fine until client noticed some tables weren’t displaying (blank space instead) – tried editing the tables but just get a spinning loading icon and it never loads. Updated the plugin and it’s got worse. Now can’t “Add new table” via link in side menu or plus icon at top right. Clicking these does nothing.

I checked the CSVs they were importing and they’re fine. Exactly the same format they’ve been using for the last year.

Only other plugin I use is Toolset Types and a Twitter feed plugin.

Error console, when trying to add a new chart:

Uncaught (in promise) TypeError: Cannot read property ‘animation’ of null

    at renderChart (render-google.js:15)

When trying to edit an existing chart:

Uncaught Error: Syntax error, unrecognized expression: li.viz-group.

    Note: this was in Chrome.

Tried on Firefox and managed to add a new Table which somehow brought the page back to life.

@mussy can you provide a screen recording of this in action so that we can understand better? We notice that sometimes chrome extensions may also interfere, so if things work on Firefox that may be a possibility. If you haven’t already, you may want to disable the other plugins and see if the errors still occur.

Hi, when I added the new chart in Firefox it seemed to fix it all in Chrome. Think there must have been something corrupting one of their tables.

@mussy glad to know that fixed it! I’ll keep this ticket open for a few more days in case you encounter the same issue again.

Closing this assuming this is no longer an issue. Please open a new ticket if you run into this again.
