Hi, I just updated and it removes all events from displaying in admin.
They’re there because it refers to them in the totals, for published, all etc, but no events display in the admin area.

I have ranged to past, future, all events – weirdly I just get two pop up when I put in ‘all events’ – I can’t find any consistency in what’s happening / the rest of my events.

My locations are all fine, what could be causing this issue?

They’re all there in phpmyadmin and all seems in order, the events all have post ids etc, and when i hit the search page front end, the page selected in event settings, the events all display in a list, it’s just when I select one I get an error that the page I’ve selected isn’t avail.

    I tried resaving permalinks….

    What could be causing this?

  • Hello,

From what version of EM you have updated on? is it a version that is several updates behind and you updated to latest?8

Do you have a backup that you could restore on? There is a filter also when viewing events. By Default it is only set to show upcoming events. Have you also tried making a new event and does it show?

Could you perhaps try and disable other plugins also and check it still happening.

If you have a premium license, You could submit an official ticket on EM Site and Support could help you resolve it faster.

Hi thanks for replying, it was from a version a while back, why what might it be causing it?

It isn’t filtered I tried every way. It is odd that it would show the events in the totals at the top and would also show them within the site, but they wouldn’t be available when clicked on. (400 error)?

I wonder, I heard something about the time zone issue and the database being an issue, could that be associated? I checked the database and the info was all there, and there was a post id and event id etc, what could be causing this to happen it doesn’t make any sense! I’m really stuck with it! I’d be grateful for any pointer in the right direction to fix it! I’ve been using this plugin for ages and this will render it unusable for me.

    Thanks

haven’t experience this before, can you try the latest dev version EM 5.9.5.2?

Hi, thanks, I have tried that, it didn’t work.

I also deactivated my child theme, and deactivated all plugins and cleared cache, no difference.

The weird thing is, of all of the events listed, the only events I can get to appear are when I range to ‘past’ events – two events pop up. I can’t find anything at all that stands out about them in comparison to the other events listed! Anything at all, it’s weird!

All other events I can’t get them to appear in admin, even though is shows them in the totals at the top of the admin table! I’ve tried removing everything from the url path other than what’s necessary too; nothing.

    Front end there’s just a 404 error.

What could this be? It has to be something big that’s changed between the releases, I updated from 5.6.6.1.

What could it be to do with? Where could I start looking?

Just looking at the events list under wp_em_events, has anything changed in terms of the post id or database between those releases?

as for the changes, you can see it here – https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/events-manager/#developers however at the moment we are unable to replicate this issue and everything is working fine on our test servers.
