    Hi there
the last update has broken again the wordpress address and site address
when you have setup a different URL for these 2, the plugin keep using the wordpress URL for quite few settings; this does not seem to impact public access but many back end things are still using the wordpress URL (which for security reason is not accessible from internet)
    Examples of broken things
    * Google analytics is using the worpress URL instead of the site; which causes 100% bounce rate (found thanks to fiddler)
    * Jetpack stats is using the wordpress url instead of the site (found with fidller)
    * access to wp-admin is broken if you set the same URL for both wordpress and site address

    thanks

  • Hello,
    I guess this is related : https://github.com/straube/multiple-domain/issues/55

    Hello,

I’ll take a look at that issue ASAP. I’m wondering whether something changed in WordPress core which could’ve affected the plugin. Especially since we had no updates in the handling of admin paths.

    I appreciate your patience.

    Thanks Gustavo
It took me sometime to identify this could be the cause of these high bounce rates (~100%) while I had usually less than 10%; thought it was some ‘bad referrer’ or DoD attack

I believe i am having the same issue. If I use the “secondary” domain, it gets redirected to the primary wordpress domain and all the links are associated with the wordpress primary domain. I hope I described that correctly. Thank you for any help. It seemed to happen after the .11.1 update.

    Hello everyone,

I just released a new version that fixes the issue mentioned by @crmb. Let me know if the bugs are gone after upgrading to this new version.

    Cheers!

    thanks
this seems to be solved – validated with Fiddler and don’t see anymore the ‘backend’ URL
the bounce rate has dropped dramatically (as expected)
need to confirm over time but looking good

Thank you! Update resolved my issue as well.
