Broken blocks after upgrading from version 2.2 to 3.0

I had problems with the block configurations after upgrading from version 2.2 to 3.0.
The blocks have lost the configuration of parameters on the front page. For example:
The background with image for the [Advanced Column] block lost displays without the overlay parameters even if they are configured.
In the [Icon Block] block, although marked for centralized content, it displays content on the left and is without margin and padding.

I returned to version 2.2 so that the site doesn’t get “broken”, but the ideal is to keep things up to date.
