    Thanks for sharing the screen shots. We believe the payment method assigned to your rental order is causing an error. If you are using a paid payment plugin, such as Stripe, then it may be possible that the system is unable to create a payment session due to invalid merchant details provided in the settings of the payment method record in VikRentCar.

    Since you are using the Pro/commercial version of VikRentCar, we suggest getting in touch with our team members through our website for any technical assistance. Also, please ensure to be using the latest version of our payment plugin (i.e. Stripe latest plugin version is 2.0.1) as that may prevent any possible transaction errors.
