Broken Category List After Upgrade in Atahualpa

After upgrading wp e-commerce, the products view when going to a category is broken. The view of ALL PRODUCTS is fine, but the category list is stripped of most code, displays text that should only be displayed when a script is running, all links are stripped out, etc.
