    Hi, @thilakharley !

    Is the plugin not ready for Cyrillic characters?
    I got in pdf all lines like this:
    D?D???DoD2D°, D D?????D???
    And is there some restrictions for the length for inputs in settings?

  • Hi Sonika ( @sonika ) Please update the plugin to the latest version(2.1.9). We have added encoding option in the settings.

    @mujeebur, thx for ur attention!

    I have upgraded the plugin, set checkbox Cyrillic encoding
    But still have problem.

    1) the problem with the length of Sender Name:

    2) Some lines in pdf still have broken characters:

    My database is utf-8 and collate is utf8_general_ci

    Hi Sonika ( @sonika ), Please check with latest update(2.2.0). Fixed the issue with Cyrillic, also check the issue with sender name length and get back to me.
