broken connection

I had the plugin set up and working. But someone went in and changed the URL in the ECWID side, when they added the product. (Going by a checklist that ignored that it was already set up that far I think.) Now the thing is disconnected and keeps saying the email needs to be confirmed. I’ve tried logging out and in through the plugin. I’ve tried logging in straight to ECWID. I just get that same message. And there IS no new email to click to validate the email. How do I reconnect and fix this?
