Broken Cpanel After Backup/Update

I used updraftplus to do a backup witch I canceled because it didn’t complete for more than 1 hour and then I proceeded to update the plugin, after that I’ve got this message:

The website works slow and when I try to enter the upper message appear leaving me unable to edit anything, how can I fix it?
