Broken Crons and CPU load increased

Hello:

I have installed Tweetily and it works very well. I’m happy about it but i have noticed two things.

I have W3 Total cache and when i started with it months ago i have had problems with crons but now they are working well. Now when i installed Tweetily Crons does not work. and also i have noticed that the CPU Load is higther since i have installed it.
