Broken CSS on Single FAQ with Atahualpa

Has anyone had any issues with this plugin and Atahualpa?

Everything seems to be working fine for the main home page but if I go to a single page FAQ the CSS gets all messed up. It seems there must be some class conflict or something but I can not see what it is.
