Broken File Name –

Hi, I am using download monitor w/ download page paid subscription.

I just recognized that the download filename(in Korean), through Chrome is OKAY.

However, if my customer download file through Edge or Explorer, the downloaded file name is broken and customer can not open it.

Can you teach me how to fix it?
