Broken GIFs and multiple watermarks

Im not interested in doing animated thumbs becasue im using this as a graphical description of the content. You can see it at https://lobally.com
It would be great if i can chosse the image to be used as watermark in the moment of uploading (the upload tab)
It should be perfect if the animated gif images dont get broken… I want it stopped but the watermark lose the transparency and colors…

P.D: Its not funny to see a dying fish each time i configure the plugin…
