I’m trying to create a pop up with the free version, and the feature image that I use is always broken(only shows a tiny icon in top left of pop up).

However it works fine on other places on my website, and even in the preview of the pop up before I save it.

I’ve tried using multiple images to see if it’s a problem with the picture, but I keep getting the same results.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hello there @abesaw,

hope you’re doing good today! ??

Is there a URL that you could share here with us?

If not, can you open Console in Dev Tools of your browser and share any error messages showing in there?
    https://developers.google.com/web/tools/chrome-devtools/console/

    Thank you,
    Dimitris

    Hi @abesaw,

It looks like there’s something adding wrong image URL in your popup, it adds the domain twice so image URL looks like this domain.com/domain.com/wp-content/uploads/image.jpg
However, I’m afraid that this is not something I could replicate on my installation so it looks it’s specific to your site.

Could you go to Hustle > Pop-ups panel, click on the three dots on the right side of your popup and choose “Export module settings”
Upload that JSON file to any file sharing service, like GDrive or Dropbox, and send the download link here so we can import this on our end and check if there’s something specific in your setup that’s causing this.

    Cheers,
    Predrag
