broken image after wordpress update

  • hi, i have blog setuped on https://www.focusshotnet.com/blog/ every thing was going fine but after recent update,when ever i upload image in media library it shows broken image,when i view attachment it shows the thumb of the image file but when i click on that thumb to view that image it gives this error.

    i have tried following
    Reinstalling
    deleting plugins folder
    changing themes
    downgrading wordpress
    read and write permissions are given to IIS user
