Broken Image Icon when trying to edit photo

  • Have you tried disabling all active plugins as there may be a confliction, if it resolves the issue you can then reactivate them 1-by-1 until you find the problematic plugin.

    You can also check to see if your theme is at fault by activating the default TwentySixteen theme.
