Broken Image links

Hi All,

I am using a custom theme, but I am sire there is a solution in someones head.

So
When you upload a profile picture from the frontend as a registered user, the site creates a number of pictures with different resolution based on your original.
For these created pictures a direct link is created and that is what is represented in the medial library next to the original picture.
The original picture with the exact link is always visible, but the ones which are masked with a direct link are not.
I believe the site tries to display the one with the direct link and not the original that is why the picture looks broken.
I think the additional links created during upload are not valid.
That must be the problem…

But, I do not know how to fix it.
