Broken image on published page

Hi, i have been having this broken image problem for some quite time, i tried reducing the size of the image but it does nothing. The image appears perfectly when i am editing but when on the actual page the image appear as a broken image.

For some reason the link to the image changes when it is published on the actual page. For example:

Correct link to image (during editing): https://www.pandashop.my/wp-content/uploads/2016/12/P3-IMG_2809_Nur-Fazrina_ULU-Muda.jpg

Wrong link (published page): https://i2.wp.com/www.pandashop.my/wp-content/uploads/2016/12/P3-IMG_2809_Nur-Fazrina_ULU-Muda.jpg?resize=234%2C416&ssl=1

Not sure whether it is a problem related to the theme or any other settings. Would anyone be able to help with this?
