Broken image showing in WordPress Dashboard for Pretty Links

I have Pretty Links Pro installed on my site, but I’m seeing a broken image. (See below)

PS: By the way, the contact page on your website isn’t able to submit the form. It keeps saying “This field is required.” but there’s no field to fill in on https://prettylinks.com/contact/. Please help. I tried this in Chrome, Firefox, and Edge and it displays the same issue in each browser.
