I have several images on my google drive that I have been hotlinking to my website. They show perfectly on FireFox, but opera, chrome, and explorer show them as broken.

    How do I fix this?

Clean the cache of FireFox and see if they still open. Also clean the cache of all browsers.

Check the file permissions and the URL. Sometimes images are set up to not allow hotlinking.

Also try disabling the photon module in the Jetpack plugin.

Both of those didn’t work. What is so crazy about this, it looks perfect in firefox.

OMG, I found out how to do it. You have to add your photos to a shared album.

I see, so just setting the pictures public is not enough. Glad you solved it!
