Images will not load from the CDN.

    I get the browser error:

    This page isn’t working
cdn.shortpixel.ai took too long to respond.
    HTTP ERROR 504

Not good at all. Deactivating the plugin does not restore my images.

    How can I recover?

    Hi @elr3000,

    Thank you for your message.

In the last hours, there has been a StackPath CDN issue right now which is currently being investigated by the StackPath team.

In the meantime, I would suggest to disable ShortPixel Adaptive Images for a few hours until this issue is solved.

If deactivating the plugin does not restore your images, it means that you need to clear your cache and/or disable Autoptimize (which also uses our CDN, and therefore, StackPath).

    Sorry for the inconvenience ??

    Best,

disable Autoptimize (which also uses our CDN, and therefore, StackPath).

but only if AO image optimization is active, if that is not the case then the Stackpath outage has no impact ??

    Hi @elr3000,

Small update. Our CDN provider (StackPath) has solved the issue, so everything should go back to normal now ?? You can re-activate our plugin.

We will work together with StackPath to make sure this won’t happen again.

Sorry for the inconvenience, and thank you for the patience!
