Broken images driving me crazy

Hello,

since a month or 3 I keep finding broken images constantly and randomly throughout my page. I keep replacing them but as I often use images more than once this is a true pain in the ass, and more seem to be breaking as well.

I have no clue what’s causing this and when I check it in the backend the image still works, it just doesn’t show op at the front end.

Could anyone tell me whats going on and how I can fix this problem?

Ps: I primarily use Smush to compromise images. This one doesn’t seem to cause the problem as it doesn’t resolve when I disable it.
Converter for media (Same story, shutting it down doesn’t resolve it).

I file them with Filebird.

Other optimization programs I use are:
Autoptimize
WP Super Cache
WP Optimize
