Broken images in the mail

Are the URLs in these emails still using the local URL (ie: example.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/06/example.jpg)?
If yes, could you also confirm if you have ‘Remove Local Media’ enabled?

If both of those are true then that’s the expected behavior.

Remove Local Media will remove the files from your server once it has been offloaded to a bucket.

Since the images from your emails are still using the local URLs, it will render as 404/broken/question mark.

Converting them directly to bucket/offload URLs should help.

Another option is to select and download those images back to the server.

thanks. can’t change it now because I changed back to my old situation without S3. when I decide to start using S3 again I need to check your suggestions.
