I have asked that the file permissions be checked. I am not so clued up how to do that , but it has been 3 weeks and not fixed. I urgently need assistance without having to re-upload all pictures as it is around 3-4 Thousand of them.

it might be challenging for volunteers on this forum to offer guidance as it is not possible to inspect the source code of your website due to “protections” on the content.

I see that you active Jetpack’s Site Accelerator features.
It will use your CDN for your image.

Try to deactivate this features and use your image directly from your hosting.
Jetpack > Settings > Performance > Performance & Speed > “Speed Up Image Load Times”

    I hope this help you

    Hi, Everyone

The hosting company said they has originally split my site onto 2 servers and recently merged it to 1 server. This was there internal thing and I was unaware of this.

Apologies for the simple explination below but in my head if a lot of people stayed in different houses on 2 farms and now all moved to to all stay on the 1 farm , in my head the mail of the 1 farm – the postal service would not know to send their mail to the 1 farm on which all now live. So what if by the merge the address of the pictures changed and now the computer must be advised of the new address of the pictures that moved from the 2 original servers to all be just on one or am I wrong? I explained my simple reasoning and they sort of agreed that the web would point to wrong address due to merge but not sure how to fix. Now on my side from Cpanel or wordpress – kindly assist me to try and assist to fix all my broken pictures. It has been since 16/5/2022 and so far nothing has fixed the broken images.

    Thank you kindly.

    Kind Regards

    Maritza
