I’m encountering an issue with the ReviewX plugin when sending automated review request emails. The product URL in the email is missing the colon (
:
) afterhttps
, resulting in a broken link (e.g., it appears ashttps//example.com
instead ofhttps://example.com
).Here’s what I’ve tried so far to troubleshoot:
- Checked ReviewX settings to confirm there is no customization affecting URL structure.
- Verified WooCommerce permalinks to ensure product URLs are configured correctly.
- Deactivated other plugins to rule out any conflicts, especially with caching or URL-altering plugins, but the issue persists.
- Updated ReviewX to the latest version to check if it was a bug fixed in recent updates.
Could you please assist with a solution to ensure the URLs in the emails are formatted correctly? If this is a known issue, any guidance on a fix or workaround would be greatly appreciated.
