Broken link, but where is it to fix ?

I’ve been searching for days, I can see the “click me” in the page source but not on the page itself.
Any insight to look.It’s on my localhost and production server
I think it has to do with the gdpr cookieshttps://localhost/abcd/wp-admin/admin.php?page=cff-style&tab=misc#gdpr
