Broken Link Checker Not Showing Broken YouTube Links

Great Plugin, I was able to pull the YouTube Links from my blog posts to be checked by the broken link tool; however, I have one video whose link is definitely broken, but the tool is stating that it is O.K.
Any ideas why and how to fix?
