Broken Link page went blank

I was recently resolving some broken links on my website without incident, but after having updated a few links, when I refreshed the page to check their status, it returned with a blank page. No text indicating “no broken links” or anything. And I know I wasn’t done fixing the broken links that were there. I went and checked my other domains (I run a multisite), and it was the same case on those as well. I do have Broken Link Checker separately installed on each subdomain and not via Network Activate.

Please advise as to what may have caused this outage and/or what can be done to resolve it.
