Broken Links Can't edit posts with Visual Editor

Hello,

I updated my site to WP 3.5 and now all the internal image slinks are broken and css styles don’t load either. I have tried different themes including a new version of twenty twelve and twenty eleven. Also tried to disabling all the plugins, installing wordpress manually, re-uploading the themes. Nothing seems to work. Also, in the post section the Visual Editor area is not available (can’t type or add anything).
I’ve upgraded my other blogs to 3.5 before, and they are working fine, so this is really puzzling for me.
