Broken Links not matching with Google Webmaster crawl errors

    Hi,

    I tick marked all the types of pages to be checked in broken link checker and force-started the broken link checker and got only 5 broken Links. While there 118 ‘Not found’ links in my Google Webmaster crawl errors. I rendered some of the links in google webmaster and they do have errors. Why is there a mismatch & how do I fix the additional links in Google webmaster?
