Broken Lost Password

    Our customers are complaining about the reset/lostpassword not working. I tested it my self and I keep getting an error of

    “Your password reset link appears to be invalid. Please request a new link below.”
    https://www.blupond.com/lostpassword/

    It’s been running a loop. Cookies are enabled and no progress.

    Please do not suggest:
    -clear cache
    -deactivate plugins one by one
    -switch theme

    I’ve done all those troubleshooting procedure.
