Broken Media Library/theme images in editor

Hello,
I’m still having issues with my editor. I had my web host restore my site to when it was running 4.1.3. My media library still shows broken image links and the theme images don’t show up, so I can not preview them. I’ve updated the PHP version to 5.5 and my current theme is twenty fifteen. I’ve deactivated the only plugin that is on there as well.
My host provider said that since “nothing relevant has been recorded in the webserver error log this appears to be an internal issue with your WordPress or a theme or a plugin rather then a serverside problem.”https://www.victoriatijerina.com
Any help would be appreciated but just to let you all know I am not proficient in tweaking code etc. Thank you all in advance I really appreciate it.
