Broken No Follow Link

I’ve fixed this by updating the wplink files to reflect the changes to the file in WP 4.2 – you can download a working version of the plugin at:

The folder name is different & the plugin name, so it won’t interfere with updates to Ultimate Nofollow from the original plugin author ??

Question – If I disable Ultimate Nofollow & activate yours, what happens to all of the links throughout my site that are set to nofollow now? Will they stay nofollow? If Ultimate Nofollow is updated, what will happen if I disable yours and go back?

I’ve got a huge WP site and lots of nofollow links scattered throughout. I really don’t want to have to track them down page by page and post by post. ??

No problem – your links that are currently nofollow will stay nofollow, as this particular plugin affects the html of the post directly. Once deactivated all of the nofollow links remain so, whether it’s my version of the plugin, or the original.

@xuban it’s likely that you have another plugin that is conflicting with the new wplink that was put in the latest WP, as I & others have installed this on dozens of blogs now and this is the first problem I’ve heard of. There is another similar plugin that has been updated to work if you want to try an alternative. I would check to see if you have any other plugins that mess with the link dialog.

Please note that this plugin changes core WordPress functionality (i.e. modifies raw JS) in a way that is not modular and may break after major WordPress updates.
