Perhaps some minification? I recommend disabling individual plugins and checking if the script error persists.

    Hi @cchavarria,

Did you manage to solve the problem you’ve encountered? We haven’t heard from you since 5 days.

    Kind regards,

    Hi @smul,

I suppose it might be related to the JS conflict. Have you checked if there are any errors in the browser’s console (hit F12 on the shipping method configuration screen)?

    Kind regards,
    Luke

    Right.
    There is a collision js
I installed the previous version of the plugin and the issue was resolved

    Hi @smul,

We are glad to hear you were able to solve the problem out, however, we’d also like to take a closer look on the situation to prevent the similar issues from happening in the future.

Did you mean the previous Flexible Shipping (3.16.5) or the Elementor’s version? Could you please provide us with the plugins’ versions you used when the problem occured so we could reproduce it in our test environment?

    Kind regards,
    Luke
