    I looked up your ticket history with us and you have created 4 tickets with us. Of those 4 tickets, 2 received a response in less than 12 hrs which I would consider pretty good support. If you would like to re-submit a ticket with us we can certainly take a look at any issues you are having on your site.

    This is a free plugin and there is no longer a Pro version. You can create a support ticket via www.ads-software.com as well for greater visibility to the community.
