Broken page when clicking icon linked to account page

    Hi,

    I just installed and set up your plugin on my site and everything works fine except one thing. On the navigation bar of my website, I have an icon which is linked to the account page. When I click on it, it redirects to the login page if I am logged out, which is fine. However if I navigate away from the login page that I was redirected to, and let’s say decide to click that icon linked to the account page again, it takes me to a blank page, only with the text “1” at the top. This continues to happen, even if I refresh the page, or go back to the home page and try to access the account page again. It should be that any time I try to access the account page while logged out, it takes me to the login page, but that only happens once, then it breaks. What’s causing this?

    Hi @tubescreamer,

    This may be because of a plugin/theme conflict. Can you do a conflict test and see if the issue goes away? This doc explains how to do a conflict test if you are not sure: How to do a plugin/theme conflict test?

    Hi @champsupertramp,

    I’ve already tried disabling plugins except for Ultimate Member, as well as switch from my theme to the Twentytwenty theme and it still doesn’t work. This only happens when a user that is logged out clicks on the link to go to the account page. I want to have a link to the account page on the site, but if the user is logged out, it redirects them to the login page. Strangely enough, sometimes it works as intended and sometimes it doesn’t..

    Yo solucioné eso poniéndome en contacto con mi proveedor de Hosting ya que era un problema de la seguridad.
