Broken plugin

  • Title says it all. “Floating” button option does not work. Places any of the buttons I create as a floating button to the bottom left hand corner of the website which is not visible unless scrolling all the way to the bottom of the website. No response for their “customer support”. A shame too because I was going to buy the Pro version for form rules. On to the next plugin.

    UPDATE. Plugin author responded to my review with one of the most condescending, disrespectful messages I’ve ever received. This is a clear sign that this developer finds the easy way out by blaming others and pushing problems off to the side. Wow Company? Wow!

    We always respond to everyone if you write to us by mail. It’s only your fault that the floating button doesn’t work for you, since you incorrectly set the site settings, which leads to incorrect operation of the plugin
    The plugin works fine, but you cannot configure your site correctly

    You must install the site’s lone protocol in WordPress Address (URL) and Site Address (URL) in General Settings. It could be https or http

    It’s a shame to write about the fact that the plugin does not work without correctly general settings of the site.

    You’re a complete joke. The fact that you responded with that leads me to believe that you are someone who finds the easy way out. Instead of fixing the problem, you blame others. That’s a wonderful trait for a programmer. I’ll build my own floating button. Your widget is absolute crap. You lost yourself a customer for life.

    Also, you respond to every email? Check your crap again. Because now you’re a liar.
