    Hey guys as of two hours ago the plugin for creative mail is breaking my wordpress site when I attempt to activate it. I can’t figure out how to get into your support and my main dashboard without the plugin though. Its been working great for me ever since I got it months ago. It breaks across all browsers as well as on my phone using data and separate wifis. I deleted the plugin file using file manager and completely reinstalled it twice with no change.

  • @tarahlynn Can you please try to upgrade your PHP version to 8.0 or higher, that should fix the CreativeMail plugin. I don’t know what other plugins you have on the server but hopefully they are all compatible with 8.0 or higher

    I will check into this, thank you! Currently I just reinstalled the next older version of the plugin so I can keep using it. Thanks again!

    My client’s site is on Bluehost – the PHP version is 8.0 and it’s still crashing the site. Bluehost support also said it was not related to the PHP.

    Besides the critical error I’ve also seen this message: “Composer detected issues in your platform: Your Composer dependencies require a PHP version “>= 8.0.0″.” Not sure why since the PHP version IS 8.0
    How do I get the previous version of the plugin?

    Hi there – the older versions took me a long time to find lol. Go here: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/creative-mail-by-constant-contact/advanced/ scroll all the way down and choose the second one, download and install the zip file in your plugins folder.

    The best way to fix this in my opinion is to host your website with WordPress.com. Ive used many hosts before: Hostinger, Hostgator, Bluehost, InMotion and a few more.

    The relief you get after switching over to WordPress.com (Not www.ads-software.com, which is self-hosted). is uncomparable.

    The issue you face with the email plugin is automatically taken care of with them because you know, They created WordPress and you host your website with WordPress hosting. Thats the difference. You dont have to worry about nitty gritties of hosting, server things, etc.

    Iam taking out a few minutes to write this review, because Ive been in your position in the past where I had to abandon sites because of issues like this and not been able to resolve them correctly.

    And my site loads blazing fast on their server, one more added advantage. Even with the most basic plan, the speeds are comparable to Cloud VPS+ level hosting.
