Broken prefetch

    Hi,
    It looks like the plugin sets a broken prefetch to the website:

    <link rel=’dns-prefetch’ href=’//js-eu1.hs-scripts.com’ />

    Maybe you can remove this, as it doesn’t work.. and for GDPR, it would be nice to be able to have settings in order to not have such a prefetch if not necessary.
